You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following tour booking terms and conditions. Batam Holidays Travel Pte Ltd shall be known as “The Company” in the terms and conditions below.

The Company is committed to offer products and services of satisfactory quality in compliance with the Sales of Goods Act S14 (2).

The Company’s mission is to provide an exclusive one-stop service for a broad range of customers including holiday seekers both individual and group, and companies seeking to hold corporate events and team building and leadership courses to Batam Hotels & Resorts.

Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy
(FIT ~ Free Independent Travelers)
Cancellation / Amendment Made by the Customer

  • Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing to avoid misunderstanding.
  • Cancellation made after confirmation of receipt invoice will be subjected to a $10 per per person.
  • Any amendment made after issuance of travel documents will be subjected to a $10 per room/night. (This is on top of any charges imposed by 3rd parties e.g Ferry, Land transfers, Hotels etc)
  • An Admin Fee for Cancellation will apply for:- Cancellation after issuance eVoucher applies for F.I.T. and corporate groups: 30% of total invoice.
  • Bookings made less than 3 working days prior departure (exclude Sat & Sunday) will have a $10.00 Last Minute Booking levied Fee per invoice.

Refund
  • No refund will be given for any unused service/s during your stay OR early check out.
  • Notification less than 48 hrs before departure e on actual day is 100% No Refund.
  • No cancellation or refund for booking made for travel date on Eve & Public Holidays and on Promotional Packages.
  • Cancellation after confirmation at any point of time before departure date and upon receiving the invoice and eVoucher (Itinerary) is subject to 30% cancellation fee.
  • The customer will receive the refund (if any) within 4 - 6 weeks upon The Company notifying the customer of any refund(s).

Validity
  • Package is effective from 01 Jan - 31 Dec 2016.
  • Please make your bookings early as Ferry & Coach Seat Space and Accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking
  • Please make your booking 7 days before departure for FIT & 30 days for Group bookings.
  • All bookings are subject to availability of ferry and accommodation and are not immediately confirmed.
  • Only online booking will be process. We do not accept phone booking.
  • Please read Visa on Arrival Policy implemented by the Government of Indonesia effective 1 Feb 2004
  • Peak season surcharge / compulsory meals: In the peak season or Singapore Public Holidays, the operator requires peak season surcharge and or compulsory dinner, the additional cost will be advised and charged upon every booking

Travel document & Immigration
  • International passport with validity at least 6 months before expiry date. Guest must ensure that passport is renewed prior travel.
  • The Company is not responsible if the customer is being denied entry by immigration or late for check in at both counters.
  • With effect 9th June 2006, ferry operators shall no longer be offering infant ticket fares for any destination.

Room Occupancy
  • If the child stay with 1 adult, the adult will category to Single Room Price and Child category to with the existing bed.
  • All hotel & resort can only accommodate one extra bed in each room.
  • Maximum capacity for all rooms is 3Adults + 1 Child no bed or 2Adults with 2 child.
  • Request for room for queen-sized bed / king-sized or twin is subject upon availability. The Company is not responsible if the request cannot be met. Customers should request upon check in on arrival with the front desk.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and are not immediately confirmed upon booking.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, prices are not guaranteed until ticketed.

Land Transfer
  • Land transfer on arrival is subject to limited hotels. Please check our online booking for respective hotels.
  • Land transfer upon check out after 12pm is at customers' own arrangements.
  • Customers who missed their confirmed ferry  has to arranged their own land transfer on arrival or $5.00 per person will be imposed for a one-way trip to the hotel (transport is subject upon available)

Sales & Terms Conditions
  • Prices shown are in Singapore dollars unless it is indicated in other currencies.
  • Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday seasons.
  • Prices published or provided are  excluding of Passenger Departure Fee (PDF), Fuel Charge & Batam tax and other mandatory taxes and Visa(s) fees Personal insurance & expenses.
  • Prices published is an "invitation to treat" and does not constitute an offer by The Company.
  • The Company staff may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any responsibility or liability for any changes of information.
  • Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Company will not be responsible for any errors or omission regarding prices or other information.
  • Prices published is "indicative only" and are not deemed to be binding on The Company.

Procedures
  • Upon receiving your online booking, our system will  email you the invoice. Please proceed with payment as rooms are subject upon first-come-first-served basis.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and full payment have been acknowledged and accepted.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate any bookings and transactions and give up the room for the next paying guest.
  • For payment on ATM transfer, please remit to DBS Current Account : 012-900991-1.
