What is the earliest time we can check in?
The standard CHECK IN time is at 2pm and CHECK OUT at 12pm - Batam Time.
Surcharge of $25 nett per room/night is applicable during Eve & Public Holidays and $15.00 per room/night for School Holidays.
Is our booking online a confirmed reservation ?
Rooms are available at the time of booking. Please make payment as soon you received our invoice.
Batam Holidays has the right to give up to the next paying guest or to amend ferry timing according to availability.
How many days advance do we need to do booking ?
At least 7 days prior to your date of departure. For peak season such as public and school holidays, two weeks in advance.
Last minute booking fee of $10.00 on service is levied for bookings less than 3 days prior your departure date.
Are taxes included ?
All our Packages exclude Singapore Passenger's Departure Fee $20.00 and Batam Tax $7.00 to be paid directly to the ferry operator upon collecting boarding passes.
Please collect your boarding passes 1hr before the ferry departs and at least 2-hrs during school, eve and public holiday seasons.
Where do we take the ferry from ?
Harbour Front Centre. Select the ferry timing when you proceed to Select Package.
How do we make payments ?
POSB/DBS ATM Transfer or ibanking. You may also call our office for cash or NETs payment. Other banks may take 3 working days.
Call our office if you wish to expediate your booking.

Cancellation of $10 per person is levied once invoice is emailed to you.
Note that incomplete information will not be process. Make sure all details given is complete. Please indicate mobile number as contact and not residential except for foreign guests staying at hotel.
