eVoucher with detail of your tour package & instruction to collect your tickets will be emailed to you. This confirms your reservation. Cancellation upon confirmation is subject upon $30% less than 48 hrs or No Show & Public Holidays booking is 100% - no refund. Collecting your boarding Pass (with effect 1st November 2009 - * $20 per person)
Pay * SGD20.00 per person upon collecting your tickets. Please collect them one-hour before the ferry departs - make sure details are correct.
Enjoy the 1hr ferry ride to the island. Batam is one hour behind Singapore time.

After the Batam Immigration clearance, look out for the hotel representative with your name written on a paper

Buffet Breakfast [6.00am - 10.00am]
Transfer to Ferry Terminal. Proceed to the ferry counter to book your return ferry - Hand over your return ferry + white card along with the SGD7.00 Batam tax upon collecting your boarding pass.
