What is the earliest time we can check in?
The standard CHECK IN time for all hotels & resort is at 2pm and CHECK OUT at 12pm. Batam Holidays can arrange upon request for early check in at 11am subject upon availability of the room. Expect delay in check in if the check in date is on Eve & Public Holidays.

2-way land transfer from hotel - ferry terminal - hotel is included. Land transfer upon check out after 12pm is at guest own expense.

Return ferry ticket to Singapore is OPEN. You may wish to shop at Mega Mall Shopping Centre which is connected by a bridge to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal.
Similar to Singapore immigration procedure, please check in 1hr before the ferry departs.

Please book your return ferry upon arrival at your designated ferry terminal (except for Standard One-Day Tour package) arriving terminal is Sekupang. You may want to return Singapore via Batam Centre Ferry Terminal (BCFT).
What does your Free & Easy Package consist of ?
Our standard package consists of : 2-way return ferry, land transfer (ferry-hotel-ferry), & buffet breakfast. This exclude Passenger Departure Fee & Fuel Charge [$20.00] with effect 1 June 2008 - Recent increased.

Please pay your taxes over at BatamFast ferry counter in Singapore when collecting your (1) boarding card, (2) white card, (3) return ferry. Don't forget to collect item No(4) - Batam Holidays' sticker for easy identification when our driver greets you at the arriving terminal.

Proceed to immigration for baggage scanning and passport stamp.

Wait at the waiting lobby for the terminal name to be called out. Tap your card and prcceed to board the ferry.

Batam Tax ($7.00 per person) to be paid when you collect your new boarding pass in Batam - subject to change.

How long is the ferry journey to Batam ?

For those who depart from Harborfront Centre to Batam Centre ferry terminal, the journey is approx. 1 hr 10 mins. The journey to Sekupang and Waterfront Ferry terminal is approx. 45 minutes - 1hr.

Since Batam island is one hour behind Singapore time, you will arrived approx. the same time as you depart for Singapore.

What is an eVoucher ?

An eVoucher is a confirmation of your detail package & instruction. Upon receipt of payment either by ATM transfer or I-Banking, you will receive an eVoucher & the validated ferry form by email.

Print the ferry from on one side and the eVoucher on the other side. Present the ferry form when you collect your boarding cards and present the eVoucher when you check into the hotel/resort.

Please ensure the two (2) documents has a booking code/ref..

Is our booking online a confirmed reservation ?

No. It's not. Subject upon availability, our computer system has data on room occupancy of each hotel and will generate an invoice once the rooms are made available for you.

When the room is available, you will received an SMS to check your invoice for payment to follow.

Rooms are available at the time of booking, so please make payment as soon you received our invoice.

Your invoice will include surcharges for Eve, Public & School holidays if any - exclude PDF, Fuel Charges ($20.00) and Batam Tax ($7.00) per person.

Incomplete online form will be send to trash. Please resubmit your online booking if you wish to proceed.

To expediate your booking process, please call our office after you have submitted your online booking.

If your booking is less than 7 days prior to your date of departure, please call our office 6546-1713 to follow-up.

What is Visa on Arrival ?

Nationals of the following countries are eligible for a free 30 day pass (Visa-free Facility):
Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam.

How many days advance do we need to do booking ?

During off peak period, we advise 7 days prior to your date of departure. For peak season such as public and school holidays, two weeks in advance.

Batam Holidays have the right to give to the next paying guest if guest has no response on emails & phone call with regards to the booking.

Last minute booking fee of $10.00 is levied for bookings less than 3 days prior your departure date.

Cancellation Surcharge of $10.00 per person upon confirmation nd receipt of invoice s levied on invoice. Please make sure it is a booking to proceed and not an enquiry.

How do we make payments ?

We accept ATM Transfer or I-Banking. For corporate accounts, you can make payment by cheque payable to 'Batam Holidays Travel Pte Ltd'. Full payments to be made 21 days prior to date of departure.

We only accept cash payment at our office. We are open Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday. With effect 1st November 2008, we have NETS facilities at our office.
